Early check-in, comfortable beds and generally great service. The stuff was knowledgeable, hard-working, and everything was amazing. Enjoyed the fab meals and warm breakfast. It was good to have bottled drinks in the outdoor bar.

Unbelievable location, proactive staff, lovely beds, absolutely fantastic breakfast, good value for money. Decent view of river. Casual hotel and spectacular service. Loved very quick check-in.

It was well priced, compared to other opera hotels. Breakfast was great, variety of food. Perfect beds, tasteful room. The staff were always VERY PLEASANT and knew their area.

The bedroom was separate, liked it. The homey decor and an exceptionally comfortable bed made such a great stay. Restaurant in hotel was modest and the pool area was good. As far as I remember free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. Amazing base for exploring Roatan👌😀

fairly clean lovely hotel, cosy rooms. outdoor bar was excellent. it's next to the beach. pool was nice and there was an excellent restaurant on site.

Location was beautiful and staff were absolutely amazing. I liked my welcoming room. The food was perfect, with lots of options. A sandy beach, captivating view. The service at this beach club hotel was top notch.

We enjoyed people and rooms of this venue. Thanks to their waiter for the help. There's Totally Taco located just walking distance from the hotel, I recommend to try food there.

Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Cayuco Beach Bar. Comfy bed for sleeping.
In the bathroom no water pressure.

Incredible base for a 5-night stay. The nice balcony was a bonus. The place is 0.2 miles away from West Bay downtown.

the room was nice. hangover hut is an easy walk to the hotel. we recommend, to anyone staying in west bay.
